DISCOVER INTEGRAL COACHING:
A TRANSFORMATIVE PATH
WHAT IS INTEGRAL COACHING?
Integral Coaching is more than just a method—it’s a container, one that holds both structure and fluidity. It’s designed to support your transformation, but it won’t coddle you. This isn’t about quick fixes or surface-level insights. It’s about going deep, creating shifts that last. The beauty of this approach lies in its flexibility; each session is crafted around you—your needs, your desires, your potential. You aren’t handed a one-size-fits-all solution because you’re not a one-size-fits-all person.
The work we do together will lead to insights that don’t just feel good in the moment but stick with you, rippling out into every part of your life. This process was created by Joanne Hunt and Laura Divine, founders of Integral Coaching Canada. Their work is grounded in Ken Wilber’s Integral Theory, which maps the full complexity of the human experience: the body, the mind, emotions, and spirit. It’s designed for people who are ready to stop circling the same old patterns and step into a new way of being—one that is powerful, embodied, and sustainable.
IS COACHING FOR ME?
COMMON TOPICS INCLUDE
-
I will never forget the look on my toddler’s face when, from the depths of my postnatal depression, I completely and utterly lost it over something insignificant. He cowered in fear as I yelled my rage at him and I still can’t think of that moment without crying with heartbreak and shame. I resolved then and there that I would learn to show up differently. That moment was the start of a deep transformation as a parent.

After 20 years in the music industry, I was left depleted and disillusioned. My divorce drained me financially, but also gave me the wake-up call I needed to reconsider my path. I began exploring how to leverage my transferable skills in a more purposeful and financially rewarding way. Through a process of self-discovery, I learned to set clear goals and to manage the anxiety and resistance that came with stepping outside my comfort zone.

My marriage was a relationship in which I felt numb, unseen, unloved and lonely. I filled my days with being a mum and housewife to distract myself from the sense that life was passing me by. In the beautiful words of Anaïs Nin: “And the day came when the risk to remain tight in a bud was more painful than the risk it took to blossom.” That is how I started on a journey that has transformed my life beyond recognition.

Our coaching programme will be
-
Personalised
In our initial conversation you will be able to share what is alive for you right now and where you feel a need for a shift. By the end of this session we will agree on a concrete topic, a short sentence that expresses what you want to achieve through the programme.
-
Targeted
In our second session I will offer you a tailored programme, in the form of 2 metaphors and 2-3 developmental objectives to focus on to create the shift that you yearn for. The first metaphor will help to bring greater awareness of your current way of being in your topic, while the second one will be all about your new way of being. At the end of this session I will also invite you to do a self-observation exercise to deepen your understanding of your current way.
-
Integrative
In the following 5 to 7 sessions we will co-create practices which strengthen the muscles you need for each of your developmental objectives. There will be some journaling but it can also other include other practices such as meditation, self-observation, somatic exercises, research, etc.
In our final session we will acknowledge and celebrate the shifts that have taken place, and discuss how you will be able to continue outside of the structure of the programme.
